Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the counseling sessions?

Our counseling sessions typically last for 50 minutes for individuals and 75 min for couples, but we also offer extended sessions upon request.

Do you offer online counseling options?

Yes, we provide online counseling services for individuals who prefer virtual sessions or are unable to visit our office in person. *Please note: some countries will not be available due to licensing laws in those countries*

What should I expect during my first counseling session?
During your first session, your therapist will conduct an initial assessment and discuss your goals for therapy. It's also an opportunity to ask any questions and address any concerns you may have.

What language is the counseling session conducted in?

Unfortunately, English is the only language we are available to counsel in currently.
